Mash the extra-firm tofu (8 oz) with a fork into chunks.

Whisk together nutritional yeast (2 tbsp), ground turmeric (0.5 tsp), paprika powder (0.5 tsp), dijon mustard (1 tsp), garlic powder (0.5 tsp), black salt (0.25 tsp), onion powder (0.25 tsp), and soy milk (0.33 cup) in a small bowl.

Melt plant based butter (1 tbsp) in a frying pan. Add tofu and fry until lightly browned.

Pour in the sauce and fold into the tofu. Fry until it reaches your desired consistency.
