
Quick Teriyaki Tofu Stir Fry

Heat canola oil (1 tbsp) in a large pan over medium-high heat. Sauté the tofu (1 block) until lightly golden on each side.

Add in the red or green bell pepper (1 small), red or yellow onion (0.5 medium), frozen chopped broccoli (1 cup), and clove (2 garlic) until bell pepper and onion are tender.
