
Scrambled Tofu Breakfast Burrito
These easy and satisfying tofu breakfast burritos are packed with savory spices and fresh vegetables, making them perfect for a hearty morning meal. They are great for meal prepping and enjoying on the go, ready in just 30 minutes.

Crumble the extra-firm tofu (1 block) into a large bowl.

Add nutritional yeast (2 tbsp), chili powder (1 tbsp), garlic powder (1 tsp), and turmeric (0.5 tsp) to the bowl with [tofu] and mix until fully coated.

In a nonstick pan, heat for minutes (3). Add the diced (0.5 onion) and sauté until softened. Add the [tofu scramble] and cook for minutes (5), stirring occasionally.

Add chopped kale (1 cup) and continue to cook for minutes (5) more, until softened.

Divide the [tofu scramble] mixture among the tortillas (4 burrito-size). Top with [salsa] and [avocado (optional)]. Roll them up and enjoy!
