Crumble the firm tofu (14.5 oz) into the skillet using your hands or a potato masher. Sauté for 4 minutes until the excess moisture has evaporated.

Sprinkle in the nutritional yeast (2 tbsp), kala namak (0.5 tsp), turmeric (0.25 tsp), and garlic powder (0.25 tsp). Stir constantly and cook for 5 minutes until the tofu develops golden spots.
