In a small bowl, mix tamarind puree (2 tbsp), vegetable broth (0.5 cup), soy sauce (3 tbsp), sriracha (2 tsp), brown sugar (4 tbsp), and peanut butter (2 tbsp). Set aside.

In a non-stick pan coated with [cooking spray], add extra-firm tofu (1 package), ginger powder (0.5 tbsp), and garlic (3 cloves). Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the tofu is lightly browned on each side.
