
Spicy Plant Burgers
These vibrant plant-based burgers feature succulent meat-free patties layered with spicy jalapeño dairy-free cheese and crisp garden salad. Served in soft, toasted vegan rolls, this quick and flavorful meal is an excellent alternative to classic beef burgers, perfect for a busy weeknight dinner or a casual weekend treat.

Heat olive oil (1 tbsp) in a frying pan over high heat. Add vegan burger patties (2 packet) and fry for 12 minutes, turning halfway through, until cooked through.

Place rolls (6 white), cut-side down, in a hot griddle pan for 1 to 2 minutes until lightly charred and toasted.

Assemble each burger by placing a slice of tomato (1 large) on the bun base, followed by a patty, a slice of vegan cheddar cheese (100 g), gem (1 baby) leaves, and onion (0.5 red) rings. Finish with the bun lid.
