    Meanwhile, mix the gochujang (0.25 cup), garlic cloves (5 quantity), reduced-sodium soy sauce (3 tbsp), and light brown sugar (2 tbsp) in a bowl. Set aside.

    When the firm tofu (11 oz) is golden, transfer it to a plate. Add the cherry tomatoes (3.5 cups) to the now-empty pan, and cook for 3 minutes.
