In a small saucepan, add the green lentils (1 cup), hot water (2 cups), and cubes (2 bouillon). Bring to a boil, mix well, cover, and lower the heat to a simmer. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and let them sit undisturbed for 5 minutes. Once cooked and the five minutes have passed, uncover and let them cool completely.

In a large bowl, add the yellow onion (1 small) (finely diced), cloves (2 garlic) (minced), and lemon juice (2 tbsp). Mix well and let it sit for 15 minutes while the lentils are cooking and cooling down.

Then, add the tomatoes (2) (diced), cucumber (1 large) (diced), olive oil (1 tbsp), parsley (1 cup) (minced), and cooled [green lentils]. Toss well, then season with [salt] and [black pepper] to taste.
