Place the raw cashews (0.75 cup) in a heat-proof bowl and soak in boiling [water] for at least 1 hour, or overnight.

Drain the cashews and add to a blender or food processor, along with the firm tofu (11.464 oz), garlic cloves (2 clove), lemon (0.5) juice, apple cider vinegar (1 tbsp), garlic powder (2 tsp), onion powder (2 tsp), salt (1 tsp), and ground black pepper (0.5 tsp). Blend until smooth.
