
Fudgy Protein Brownies

Preheat your oven to 180C/350F and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.

In a high speed blender or mixing bowl, combine the banana (1 cup), almond butter (0.5 cup), cocoa powder (0.25 cup), and vegan protein powder (0.5 cup).

Blend or mix the ingredients until the batter is completely smooth and combined.

Transfer the batter to the lined pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are firm to the touch.

Remove from the oven and gently press down on the tops to form a crackly texture.
