
Classic Guacamole
Super-quick and easy, this tasty guacamole recipe takes just 10 minutes to knock together. Deliciously creamy with a hit of chilli, it's perfect for dunking, spreading and dipping.

Peel the red onion (0.5 small) and deseed red chilli (1 fresh), then roughly chop them all on a large board.

Destone the avocado (3) and scoop the flesh onto the board.

Start chopping it all together until fine and well combined.

Pick over most of the fresh coriander (1 bunch) leaves, roughly chop and add the tomatoes (6 cherry), then continue chopping it all together.

Add the juice from lime (1) and extra virgin olive oil (1 tbsp), then season to taste with [sea salt], [black pepper] and more [lime juice], if needed.

Deseed, finely chop and scatter over the remaining [fresh red chilli] if you like more of a kick. Pick over the reserved [fresh coriander] leaves, then serve.
