    In a saucepan, combine the rolled oats (1 cup), unsweetened soy milk (2 cups), ground cinnamon (0.75 tsp), pumpkin spice (0.125 tsp), and one of the bananas (2) (sliced). Cook at a gentle simmer for minutes (5), stirring often.

    Add the other banana (1) (sliced) and the ground flax (2 tbsp), cooking for [3-5 minutes] longer. Add more [unsweetened soy milk] for a thinner consistency, or cook for a few more minutes for a thicker porridge.

    Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the pure vanilla extract (0.5 tsp), plate, add desired toppings like stewed berries (0.5 cup), peanut butter (2 tbsp), hemp seeds (1 tbsp), and pumpkin seeds (2 tbsp), and enjoy!
