    Add the firm tofu (4.4 oz), nutritional yeast flakes (1 tbsp), apple cider vinegar (0.5 tbsp), olive oil (0.5 tbsp), dehydrated onion (1 tsp), garlic flakes (1 tsp), chives (1 tsp), dried dill (0.25 tsp), and salt (0.25 tsp) to a food processor. Blend until smooth.

    Heat olive oil (1 tsp) in a large pan over medium-high heat. Toast the bread (2 slice) until golden on both sides.
