Add the firm tofu (4.4 oz), nutritional yeast flakes (1 tbsp), apple cider vinegar (0.5 tbsp), olive oil (0.5 tbsp), dehydrated onion (1 tsp), garlic flakes (1 tsp), chives (1 tsp), dried dill (0.25 tsp), and salt (0.25 tsp) to a food processor. Blend until smooth.
