In a large bowl, combine the cabbage (0.5 red), cabbage (0.5 white), pepper (1 red), onion (0.5 red), and flat parsley (2 tbsp). Add pomegranate seeds (53.33 g) and walnuts (33.33 g), then toss to combine.

In a small bowl or jug, whisk together the white wine vinegar (15 ml), olive oil (30 ml), dijon (1 tsp), and juice (0.5 lemon). Season, then toss into the slaw until lightly coated.
