Instructions

Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Cook the roasted vegetables (400 g) in a casserole dish for 15 mins.

Tip in the red kidney beans (1 can) and chopped tomatoes (1 can), season with salt (0.5 tsp) and black pepper (0.25 tsp), and cook for another 10-15 mins until piping hot.

Heat the mixed grains (1 pouch) in the microwave on High for 1 min and serve with the chilli.
