Instructions

    In a bowl, combine gluten-free rolled oats (1 cup) and chia seeds (1.5 tbsp). Stir in unsweetened plant milk (0.66 cup), maple syrup (1 tbsp) (if using), and cold brew (0.33 cup). Mix well. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.

    The next morning, froth unsweetened plant milk (0.33 cup) using a milk frother machine or by heating it in a small pot over medium-high heat for minutes (5) and using a hand frother.
