
Vegan Cheeseburger Wraps
These quick and easy vegan cheeseburger wraps are your new go-to dinner, a guaranteed hit for the whole family! Filled with savory vegan crumbles and classic burger toppings, they are customizable and come together in just 30 minutes. Perfect with a side of fries or vegan onion rings.

Heat olive oil (2 tbsp) in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions (2 cups) and spread into an even layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes until a nice color develops, then stir and repeat, being careful not to burn. Drop the heat to medium and stir in garlic (8 cloves).

Add vegan crumbles (16 oz) and cook for 3 minutes.

Add black pepper and stir. Incorporate ketchup (0.25 cup), vegan worcestershire (2 tbsp), yellow mustard (1 tbsp), and liquid smoke (2 tsp). Stir and cook for another 3-5 minutes until the mixture is heated through, then remove from heat.

Lay out each [tortilla wraps]. On the bottom third, add 0.25 cup [vegan cheese], a few sliced [tomatoes], a small amount of [lettuce], and a few [pickle] slices. To make the cheese meltier, warm the tortilla first.

Add 0.25 of the prepared vegan burger mixture on top of each wrap. (This recipe makes 4 large wraps, or 8 smaller wraps if desired).

Fold the sides of the wrap first, then fold up the bottom, carefully tucking in the mixture. Continue folding until sealed.

Optional: Place the wraps on an indoor or outdoor grill or in a grill pan to toast and crisp the outside.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce like BBQ or ranch, or keep it simple with just ketchup and a side of fries or onion rings.
