
Vegan Caesar Salad
This vegan caesar salad is made with crispy romaine lettuce, delicious croutons, shaved vegan parmesan, and the tastiest vegan caesar dressing, offering a healthy and flavorful alternative to the classic.

Wash and chop all the [romaine]. Fill your clean sink with cold water, add the [romaine] leaves, move them around to clean off debris, use a salad spinner to spin dry, then chop.

Prepare the dressing. Make your caesar dressing (1 vegan) and set aside.

Toss and serve. Add the chopped [romaine] to a large salad bowl or platter and toss with the dressing as desired. You will probably not quite use all of it, and it's best to save a little for drizzling on top of each bowl. Sprinkle with [vegan croutons], [shaved vegan parmesan] and a little fresh ground [black pepper], if desired. Divide into bowls, serve and enjoy!

Prep ahead of time. To prep the salad ahead of time, wash and chop the [romaine], make the dressing, and keep them separate in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
