
Caesar Salad Wrap
This flavorful Caesar Salad Wrap is perfect for a quick and healthy lunch. It's packed with protein-rich seitan, fresh vegetables, and a homemade Caesar dressing. Easy to put together, it's an excellent option for a delicious meal at home or on the go. If seitan is unavailable or a gluten-free option is preferred, tofu and chickpeas make excellent alternatives.

Blend the nutritional yeast (6 tbsp), cashews (1 tbsp), hemp seeds (1 tbsp), and garlic powder (1 tsp) until reduced to a powder.

Blend all dressing ingredients: raw cashews (0.25 cup), baby capers (2 tsp), nutritional yeast (3 tbsp), dijon mustard (2 tsp), clove (1 garlic), lemon juice (3 tbsp), vegan worcestershire (1.5 tsp), and water (0.33 cup) on high speed until smooth.

On a pan on medium heat, add the olive oil (0.5 tsp) and cook the seitan (100 g) until golden brown for 5 minutes.

Build your wrap in the following order: large wrap (1 wholegrain), ¼ of the sauce, red onion (1 tbsp), avocado (0.25), tomatoes (3 cherry), seitan (100 g), 2 tbsp of parmesan (from blended ingredients) and leaves (2 lettuce).
