Instructions

    Pour the unsweetened plant milk (2 cups) into a saucepan and cook over high heat until it’s hot, but don’t bring it to a boil.

    Remove from the heat, add all the remaining ingredients: turmeric powder (1 tsp), ground cinnamon (0.5 tsp), and maple or agave syrup (2 tbsp), and stir until well combined. A milk frother can be used for a creamy, foamy texture. Alternatively, blend the hot plant milk with the ingredients in a blender.

    Serve your turmeric latte immediately.

    Keep the leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat on the stovetop or microwave.
