Combine the carrots (2), orange (2), coconut water (2 cup), turmeric root (2 tbsp), fresh ginger root (2 tbsp), black pepper (0.25 tsp), cayenne pepper (0.125 tsp), and ground cinnamon (0.5 tsp) in a high-speed blender. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth.

If you prefer the tonic warm, transfer it to a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Remove from the heat immediately before it boils to preserve the sensitive nutrients. Skip this step if you prefer a cold beverage.

Strain the liquid through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing firmly on the solids to extract all liquid before discarding the pulp. Whisk in the apple cider vinegar (1 tbsp) and coconut oil (2 tsp). Divide between mugs and serve.
