Like liquid gold, this healthy turmeric dressing is fantastic on everything! Inspired by Trader Joe's Almond-Turmeric dressing, this copycat recipe is vegan and free from oil, gluten, and refined sugar. It comes together quickly with just a few ingredients.

Instructions

    For a blender method (recommended): Combine all smooth raw almond butter (0.25 cup), water (0.5 cup), [zest from half of a lemon], fresh lemon juice (3 tbsp), freshly grated ginger (1 tbsp), garlic (1 clove), maple syrup (2 tsp), ground turmeric (1 tsp), fine sea salt (0.5 tsp), and black pepper (0.25 tsp) in a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust salt and lemon as desired. Can be used immediately or refrigerated.

    To mix by hand: Use a microplane to zest the lemon, and grate the ginger and garlic. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
