In a food processor or blender, combine the silken tofu (11 oz), maple syrup (2 tbsp), almond butter (2 tbsp), pure vanilla extract (1 tsp), salt (0.25 tsp), and instant coffee (0.5 tsp) (if using). Blend until smooth.
