
Dark Chocolate Granola
A naturally sweetened dark chocolate granola that is rich in fiber and protein. This easy recipe creates a crunchy, cacao-infused breakfast or snack that tastes remarkably like a healthy version of classic chocolate cereal. Perfect when paired with plant-based yogurt and fresh berries.

In a food processor or large mixing bowl, combine the gluten free rolled oats (3 cup), mixed nuts (1 cup), shredded coconut (0.25 cup), chia seeds (2 tbsp), coconut sugar (3 tbsp), sea salt (1 tsp), and cocoa powder (0.33 cup).

Pulse the mixture several times to combine the dry ingredients or stir manually until well mixed.

In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, warm the coconut oil (0.25 cup) and maple syrup (0.5 cup) until they are melted together and hot.

Pour the syrup mixture over the dry oats and nuts, stirring well to ensure everything is evenly coated.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 17-24 minutes, stirring once at the halfway mark to ensure even browning.
