
Sesame Ginger Spring Rolls
These delicious plant-based spring rolls are the perfect appetizer or party food. Served with an incredible sesame ginger sauce, they are sure to impress your guests!

Cook the [vegan spring rolls] according to packet instructions.

Peel and grate the garlic clove (1 clove) and the fresh ginger (20 g). Finely slice the onion (1 spring). Warm the toasted sesame oil (1 tbsp) in a small saucepan over a medium heat. Add the fresh ginger (20 g), garlic clove (1 clove), onion (1 spring) and chilli flakes (0.25 tsp) to the pan and fry for 1 minute. Add the rice wine vinegar (2 tbsp), soy sauce (2 tbsp) and maple syrup (1 tbsp) to the pan, whisk everything together, taste the sauce. Simmer the sauce over a medium heat for 5-10 minutes until it’s reduced by 0.33 - 0.5. Taste and adjust the seasoning.

Allow the sauce to cool to room temperature and serve with the cooked [vegan spring rolls].
