In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all purpose flour (1 cup), almond milk (1 cup), salt (0.5 tsp), and pepper (0.5 tsp). Dip each piece of cauliflower (1 head) into the batter until coated. Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden, flipping halfway through.

In a small saucepan over low heat, combine soy sauce (0.25 cup), rice vinegar (0.25 cup), vegetable broth (0.33 cup), sesame oil (1 tbsp), brown sugar (0.5 cup), and cornstarch (1 tbsp). Heat until the mixture begins to simmer and thickens, then remove from heat.

Transfer the baked cauliflower to a bowl, pour the warm sauce over it, and toss to combine until evenly glazed.
