
Spinach Artichoke Pizza

In a blender, combine the white beans (1 can), cashews (0.5 cup), fresh lemon (1 tbsp), water (0.25 cup), and nutritional yeast (2 tbsp). Blend until perfectly creamy and set aside.

Heat oil in a large pan and sáute onion (1) for 3 minutes until translucent. Add garlic cloves (2 clove) and cook for 1 more minute.

Stir in spinach (2 cup) and cook for 3 minutes until wilted. Mix in the blended bean cream and season with salt (1 pinch), black pepper (1 pinch), and red pepper flakes (1 pinch).
