
Sautéed Tenderstem Garlic Mushrooms
This incredibly flavorful and healthy dish features tenderstem broccoli and garlic mushrooms, perfect as a quick side or a light main. The delightful contrast in textures and the sweet-sour balsamic and umami flavors make it a delicious addition to any meal.

In a small bowl or jug, mix together the soy sauce (2 tbsp), balsamic vinegar (2 tbsp), cloves (3 garlic), salt (0.5 tsp) and pepper (0.25 tsp). Taste and adjust, if needed, and set aside.

Add the vegetable oil (2 tbsp) to a large sauté pan (with a lid, but leave it off for now) on a medium-high heat.

Add the chestnut mushrooms (200 g) (sliced) and cook for minutes (5), shaking or stirring them every now and then.

Add in the sauce and stir to coat the mushrooms. Add the tenderstem broccoli (200 g), put on the lid and cook for minutes (5).

Serve and enjoy! This makes a wonderful side dish but can also be made into a main meal too.
