
Red Lentil Wraps

Rinse the [red lentils] under running water until it runs clear.

Soak the [red lentils] in a large volume of [water] for 6 hours to overnight.

Drain and rinse the [red lentils] again.

Blend the [red lentils] with water (1 cup) and sea salt (1 tsp) (or preferred spices) until perfectly smooth.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. If using, brush with olive oil (0.25 tsp). Pour one-quarter of the batter and flatten it with the back of a spoon or ladle. Cook for minutes (2) until the top is dry. Gently check the underside for stickiness, then flip and cook for another minutes (2) until golden brown.
