Instructions

    In a 6-quart Instant Pot, combine the water (3 cup), unsweetened original almondmilk (1 cup), steel cut oats (2 cup), kosher salt (0.5 tsp), ground cinnamon (0.5 tsp), and maple syrup (3 tbsp).

    Stir the mixture, then lock the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on HIGH pressure for 4 minutes.

    Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then vent any remaining steam and carefully open the lid.
