Combine the water (6 cups), knob fresh ginger (0.5 inch), cinnamon sticks (4 whole), cloves (6 whole), peppercorns (6 whole), allspice berries (10 whole), pods (8 cardamom), and teabags (10 regular) (with tags removed) in your Instant Pot.

Cook on high pressure for minutes (5).

Allow for natural pressure release for minutes (10), then manually release any remaining pressure. Remove the tea bags. Add [sweetener of your choice] to taste, if desired.
