Instructions

    Place the plant-based milk (0.25 cup), cinnamon (2 pinches), vanilla extract (0.5 tsp), and hemp seeds (2 tbsp) (if using) into a blender. Blend until a milky consistency forms. Add the cooled coffee (1 cup) and bananas (1.5 frozen) and continue mixing until smooth.
