Place water (12 cup), coconut oil (1 tbsp), red onion (1), garlic (1 bulb), chili pepper (1), ginger (1 inch), greens (1 cup), vegetables (4 cup), shiitake mushrooms (0.5 cup), dried wakame seaweed (30 g), peppercorns (1 tbsp), ground turmeric (2 tbsp), coconut aminos (1 tbsp), fresh coriander (1 bunch), and nutritional yeast flakes (0.25 cup) into a large saucepan.
