Instructions

    Place the frozen mixed berries (1 cup) in a [saucepan] over medium heat, stirring occasionally until thawed and juicy. Remove from heat.

    In a [food processor], blend the Medjool dates (1 cup) until smooth.

    Add the rolled oats (2 cups), almond butter (1 cup), ground flaxseeds (0.25 cup), and ground cinnamon (1 tsp) to the food processor. Blend until well combined.

    Transfer the mix to a lined 11 x 7 inch (18 x 28cm) [baking dish] and press firmly into the base.

    Top with the unsweetened soy yogurt (1.5 cups) and spread evenly.

    Dot the yogurt with the stewed berries and use a [butter knife] to swirl.

    Place into the [freezer] and let freeze for 1-2 hours, or until solid enough to cut.
