
Edible Vegan Cookie Dough
This smooth and sweet edible vegan cookie dough is a perfect no-bake treat for late-night cravings. Loaded with mini chocolate chips and made with simple baking staples, it is completely safe to eat raw and incredibly easy to whip up in minutes.

Heat treat the all purpose flour (1 cup) by microwaving in 30-second bursts or baking on a pan at 300F for 10 minutes until it reaches 160F to ensure it is safe to eat raw.

Using a stand mixer or bowl, cream the plant based butter (0.5 cup), light brown sugar (0.5 cup), and white sugar (3 tbsp) for 3 minutes until light and fluffy.

Mix in the plant based milk (1 tbsp) and vanilla extract (1 tsp), then slowly stir in the heat-treated and cooled flour until a thick dough forms.
