Instructions

    Add the tahini (0.25 cup), shelled frozen edamame (12 oz), avocado (0.5), soy sauce (1.5 tbsp), garlic cloves (4 clove), pepper (0.5 serrano), cilantro (1 handful), toasted sesame oil (1 tsp), and lime (1) to a food processor. Pulse and blend until it reaches a chunky dip consistency.

    Taste the mixture and add kosher salt (1 pinch) as needed.

    Toast the seeded multigrain bread (8 slice). Spread a generous layer of the edamame smash onto each slice.
