
Edamame Hummus

Boil the frozen shelled edamame (1 bag) in [salt]ed water for 5 minutes; drain.

Add the cooked [frozen shelled edamame], unroasted tahini (0.5 cup), water (0.25 cup), juiced (2 lemons,), clove, chopped (1 garlic), and ground cumin (0.5 teaspoon) to a food processor. While running, stream in the olive oil (3 tablespoons). Process for 1 minute.

Remove the lid, and using a spatula, push down any large chucks on the walls of the food processor. Taste and add [salt] to taste. Add the cup ice (1 heaping) and blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
