
Zucchini Stir Fry

In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch (2 tbsp) and water (4 tbsp). Whisk in the vegetable broth (0.25 cup), soy sauce (0.25 cup), agave (1.5 tbsp), sesame oil (2 tsp), and [red pepper flakes]. Whisk until fully mixed and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil (3 tbsp) in a large deep pan or pot over medium-high heat.

Add the onion (1 red) and cook for 5 minutes, or until tender and translucent. Add the zucchini (4 cup), bell pepper (1 red), carrots (2), garlic (5 cloves), and [ginger]. Sauté for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
