Instructions

    Add all salad ingredients (chopped broccoli (4 cups), chickpeas (1 can), dried cranberries (0.5 cup), roasted sunflower seeds (0.5 cup), diced red onion (0.33 cup), [salt]) to a large bowl and mix until combined.

    Add all dressing ingredients (olive oil (0.33 cup), pure maple syrup (1 tbsp), apple cider vinegar (1 tbsp), dijon mustard (1 tsp), [salt] and [pepper]) to a small jar and whisk until combined. Pour over salad and mix again until well combined. Season with [salt], to taste, if desired. Salad can be served immediately or refrigerated for up to 4 days.
