
Chickpea Sweet Potato Stew
This comforting Indian chickpea and sweet potato stew is a wholesome and filling vegan meal. Packed with warming spices like garam masala and turmeric, it combines protein-rich chickpeas with tender sweet potatoes and nutritious Swiss chard for a perfect bowl of healthy comfort food.
