Instructions
- 1
Prepare the pizza dough (1 packet) according to its recipe.
- 2
Combine chickpeas (15 oz), hot sauce (3 tbsp), sriracha sauce (1.5 tbsp), and olive oil (2 tsp) in a bowl. Mash a few chickpeas to thicken and let marinate.
- 3
Blend cashews (0.5 cup), almond milk (0.75 cup), all purpose flour (2 tbsp), salt (0.67 tsp), and olive oil (1 tbsp) with black pepper (1 dash) until smooth.
- 4
Transfer two-thirds of the blended sauce to a bowl. Mix in garlic (4 clove), onion powder (0.25 tsp), italian seasoning (0.5 tsp), nutritional yeast (1 tbsp), and 1 tsp of the apple cider vinegar (1.5 tsp) to create the garlic sauce.
- 5
Mix the remaining one-third of the sauce with ranch seasoning mix (0.5 tsp), seeds (0.5 tsp), and the remaining 0.5 tsp apple cider vinegar (1.5 tsp) to make the ranch dressing.
- 6
Preheat oven to 425°F. Roll out dough and spread with garlic sauce. Top with spinach (1 cup) and marinated chickpeas. Drizzle with ranch dressing and bake for 14 minutes.
- 7
Broil for 1 minute to crisp the edges, then serve.
