Mix the spice blend by combining ground coriander (0.5 tsp), paprika (1.25 tsp), ground cumin (0.33 tsp), fenugreek powder (0.13 tsp), black pepper (0.25 tsp), cardamom powder (0.3 tsp), clove powder (1 pinch), ginger powder (1 pinch), allspice (1 pinch), cinnamon (1 pinch), cayenne (1 pinch), ajwain (0.13 tsp), and kalongi (0.13 tsp).

Toss chickpeas (15 oz) in a bowl with the spices, salt (0.5 tsp), onion powder (0.25 tsp), garlic powder (0.25 tsp), and oil (1 tsp) until well coated.

Preheat your oven to 425F and roll the pizza dough (1) into a 14-inch thin crust.

Brush the dough with oil and arrange tomatoes (2), the spiced chickpeas, and red onion (0.5) on top. Drizzle with a little tahini sauce (0.5 cup).
