Instructions

Very finely slice the red cabbage (250 g). Place in a bowl.

Finely chop and add the leaves from the fresh coriander (15 g) or fresh mint (15 g). Squeeze in the juice from the lime (1) and orange (1), and add extra virgin olive oil (1 tbsp).

Toss and scrunch together well. Season to perfection, tasting and tweaking as needed. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
