Instructions

    Set aside white baking chocolate (0.5 cup). In a microwave-safe bowl or stovetop, melt the remaining white baking chocolate (3.5 cups) until smooth. Quickly distribute the melted white chocolate among the lined muffin cups. Place in the freezer.

    While freezing, prepare the peanut butter filling. Combine peanut butter (1 cup) and oat flour (2 tbsp) in a mixing bowl. Add plant milk (2 tbsp) and mix until desired texture. Add more [oat flour] if too runny.
