Combine the plant butter (3 tbsp) (melted), garlic powder (1 tsp), italian herbs (1 tsp), and chilli flakes (1 tsp) in a large mixing bowl. Add the cut tortillas (4) and mix until coated. Spread on a baking tray and grill for minutes (10) until golden brown.

Transfer the cooked nachos to an oven-friendly pan. Top with pizza sauce (120 ml), plant cheese (0.5 block), sliced [mushrooms], [olives], and [fresh basil]. Grill for minutes (10) until the [plant cheese] has melted. Serve immediately.
