Combine white flour (2.5 cup), salt (0.5 tsp), instant yeast (0.5 tsp), warm water (0.67 cup), and olive oil (1 tbsp) in a stand mixer or bowl. Knead until smooth and let rise for 120 minutes in a warm spot.
