Layer ingredients in a mason jar or another heat-proof container: first ramen noodles (1.8 oz), then red miso paste (2 tbsp) and bouillon cube (0.5 vegetable), followed by firm tofu (2.8 oz) (cut into 1 cm cubes), green onion (1 stalk) (thinly sliced), button mushrooms (1.9 oz) (sliced), and lastly fresh spinach (0.5 cup). Keep sealed in the fridge until ready to eat.

When ready to enjoy, carefully pour boiling water (1.5 cup) into your jar, adding more if needed to fully submerge all the ingredients. Alternatively, transfer the contents into a bowl and pour the water on top to cover.

Add a cover, let sit for about 3-5 minutes or until the noodles are cooked. Garnish and enjoy!
