Homemade Tahini Fudge
This silky and indulgent fudge is made with just five simple pantry staples. Combining the richness of dark baking chocolate with the nutty depth of sesame tahini, these no-bake treats are perfectly balanced and satisfy every sweet craving without refined sugars.
Instructions
- 1
Lightly grease an 8.5-inch loaf pan and set it aside.
- 2
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the baking chocolate (2 oz) and coconut sugar (6 tbsp). Heat on high in 30-second increments, stirring well between each, until the chocolate is melted and the sugar no longer feels gritty.
- 3
Stir in the tahini (0.75 cup), coconut oil (2 tbsp), vanilla extract (0.5 tsp), and coarse sea salt (1 pinch) until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- 4
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top into an even layer. Sprinkle the sesame seeds (1 handful) evenly over the surface.
- 5
Refrigerate or freeze for at least 1 hour until solidified, then cut into squares to serve.
