Instructions

    Lightly grease a muffin pan and preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)*.

    Add all of the dry ingredients to a large bowl. Mix until well combined.

    Then add the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Spoon the mixture evenly into the wells of the muffin tin. For decoration, add some chopped [raw walnuts] and [dried figs] on top. This is optional.

    Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 20 - 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean. Let cool, and enjoy!
