Heat the olive oil (2 tsp) in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook the onion (1 small), clove (1 garlic), and bell pepper (1 yellow) for 3 - 4 minutes, until softened.

Add the cooked butter beans (1.5 cups), cherry tomatoes (0.75 cup), and harissa sauce (2 tbsp), and cook for 3 - 4 minutes. Deglaze the pan with some water if necessary.

Season with salt (0.25 tsp) and ground black pepper (0.125 tsp), and stir in the lemon (0.5) juice.
